Objective:To explore the effect of integrated health management service model on psychological compli-ance and satisfaction of obese people.Methods:A total of one hundred and two obese persons who underwent physical examination in our hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the control group(routine physical examination service mode),and one hundred and three obese persons who underwent physical examination from Feb-ruary 2023 to February 2024 were selected as the experimental group(integrated health management service mode).The efficiency of physical examination(waiting time and examination time),psychological compliance,satisfaction of physical examination,quality of physical examination(nursing attitude,communication,health education)and aware-ness rate of their own health status were compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with the control group,the waiting time and inspection time of experimental group were significantly shortened(t=13.269,20.737;P<0.05),psychological compliance and satisfaction of physical examination were significantly improved(x2=7.319,10.979;P<0.05),the quality of physical examination was significantly improved(t=-9.293,-12.815,-20.199;P<0.05),the awareness rate of their own health status was also significantly increased(t=-10.556,P<0.05).Conclu-sion:The integrated health management service model can improve the efficiency of physical examination,psycholog-ical compliance,satisfaction of physical examination,quality of physical examination and awareness rate of their own health status.
