摘要
有效的心理脱离对恢复癌症患者家庭照顾者身心资源至关重要.家庭照顾者高水平的心理脱离能够帮助其缓解身心疲劳、减轻照护压力、改善心理健康水平、提升患者的照护质量.本文对国内外癌症患者家庭照顾者心理脱离的概念、评估工具、影响因素及干预措施进行综述,以期为癌症患者家庭照顾者干预策略研究提供借鉴和参考.
Abstract
Effective psychological detachment is essential for restoring the physical and psychological resources of family carers of cancer patients.A high level of psychological detachment in family carers can help to relieve physical and mental fatigue,reduce caregiving stress,improve the level of psychological detachment,and enhance the safety of caregiving for patients.In this article,we review the concepts,assessment tool,influencing factors and interventions,in order to provide a research basis for the development of intervention strategies for family caregivers of cancer pa-tients.
