摘要

心理疲劳是长时间脑力劳动引起的一种心理状态,这种状态不仅对脑力劳动者身心健康产生影响,也增加了工作失误和事故的风险,因此逐渐被研究者们所关注.本文对心理疲劳相关研究进行综述,进而梳理出认知资源理论、自我调节理论、欠载理论和动机控制理论4个理论框架,并总结当前被认为具有较高可行性的干预方式,以期为预防心理疲劳提供思路和方法.

Abstract

Mental fatigue is a psychological state caused by prolonged mental labor,which not only affects the physical and mental health of mental workers,but also increases the risk of work errors and accidents,and thus has gradually been paid attention to by researchers.In this paper,we review the research related to mental fatigue,and then sort out the four theoretical frameworks of cognitive resource theory,self-regulation theory,underload theory,and motivational control theory,and summarize the current intervention methods that are considered to be highly feasible,with a view to providing ideas and methods for the prevention of mental fatigue.
