Manifestations, generation, and interventions for mental fatigue in mental workers
Mental fatigue is a psychological state caused by prolonged mental labor, which not only affects the physical and mental health of mental workers, but also increases the risk of work errors and accidents, and thus has gradually been paid attention to by researchers. In this paper,we review the research related to mental fatigue, and then sort out the four theoretical frameworks of cognitive resource theory,self-regulation theory, underload theory, and motivational control theory, and summarize the current intervention methods that are considered to be highly feasible, with a view to providing ideas and methods for the prevention of mental fatigue.
