Effect of attribution psychological adjustment on psychological resilience and self-efficacy of patients with coronary heart disease after PCI surgery
Objective:To explore the effect of attribution psychological adjustment on the psychological resilience and self-efficacy of patients with coronary artery disease after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods:A total of 120 patients with coronary heart disease who underwent PCI in our hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were randomly divided into a study group and a control group, with 60 patients in each group. The control group received routine PCI postoperative intervention, while the study group received attribution psychological adjustment intervention on the basis of the control group.Record and analyze the psychological resilience(CD-RISC),self-effi-cacy(GSES),negative emotions(Hamilton Anxiety Scale HAMA and Depression Scale HAMD),quality of life(Seat-tle Angina Questionnaire SAQ),and treatment compliance of two groups of patients before and after intervention. Results:Compared with the control group, the intervention group showed significantly higher scores in all dimensions of CD-RISC(t=3.629,3.091,4.536,5.900;P<0.001),significantly higher GSES scores(t=12.220,P<0.001),significantly lower HAMA and HAMD scores(t=5.381,4.856;P<0.001),significantly higher scores in all dimen-sions of SAQ(t=6.905,4.094,5.371,9.368,5.881;P<0.001),and higher treatment compliance(x2=7.212,P=0.007).Conclusion:Attribution psychological adjustment can effectively improve the psychological resilience,self-ef-ficacy,quality of life, and treatment compliance of patients with coronary heart disease after PCI,and reduce negative emotions.
