Application effect of fine intervention based on nurse-patient cooperation mode in patients undergoing esophageal cancer chemotherapy
Objective:To explore the application effect of fine intervention based on nurse-patient cooperation mode in patients undergoing esophageal cancer chemotherapy. Methods:A total of 80 patients undergoing esophageal cancer chemotherapy in the hospital were enrolled between January 2020 and December 2023.According to random number table method, they were divided into fine intervention group(n=40,fine intervention based on nurse-pa-tient cooperation mode)and routine group(n=40,routine intervention). All patients were intervened for 3 months. The self-management level, negative emotions, hope level, quality of life and the occurrence of adverse chemothera-py reactions were compared between the two groups before and after intervention. Results:After intervention, scores of general self-efficacy scale(GSES)and self-management ability scale in fine intervention group were higher than those in routine group(t=4.254,8.394,5.636,7.325,10.791;P<0.05),scores of Hospital Anxiety-Depression Scale(HADS-A,HAMS-D)were lower than those in routine group(t=4.673,8.601;P<0.05),and score of Herth hope index(HHI)was higher than that in routine group(t=11.666,P<0.05).The score of cancer benefits in fine intervention group were higher than those in routine group, and scores of economic problems, concerns, image problems and family stress were lower than those in routine group(t=10.494,12.136,11.344,6.687,9.555;P<0.05).There were significant differences in incidence of adverse chemotherapy reactions between fine intervention group and routine group(15.00%vs 35.00%,x2=4.267,P<0.05).Conclusion:Fine intervention based on nurse-patient cooperation mode can improve self-management ability, alleviate negative emotions, improve quality of life and nursing satisfaction, and reduce the incidence of adverse chemotherapy reactions in patients undergoing esopha-geal cancer chemotherapy.
