摘要
目的 基于压力过程模型探讨大学生突发公共卫生事件公众风险感知(风险感知)对其抑郁的影响,及宿舍关系和消极应对的中介作用.方法 采用方便式抽样的方法对西安某高校 1 045 名大学生进行突发公共卫生事件公众风险认知量表(PRP-PHE)、宿舍人际关系问卷(RBC)、中文版简易应对方式问卷(SCSQ)和患者健康问卷抑郁量表(PHQ)调查,分析宿舍关系和消极应对在风险感知和抑郁间的中介作用.结果 大学生的风险感知得分(2.82±0.73)分,宿舍关系得分(1.79±0.52)分,消极应对得分(1.24±0.55)分,抑郁得分(4.34±4.26)分;大学生风险感知和宿舍关系均与消极应对和抑郁显著正相关(P<0.01),风险感知可以通过宿舍关系和消极应对间的链式中介对抑郁产生影响(P<0.05),预测大学生的抑郁.结论 大学生风险感知与抑郁密切相关,宿舍关系和消极应对在其中发挥中介作用.
Abstract
Objective A stress process-based model to explore the effects of public risk perception of public health emergencies(risk perception)on depression among college students and the mediating roles of dormitory relationships and negative coping.Methods A total of 1,045 college students in Xi'an were investigated using the Public Risk Perception Scale for Public Health Emergencies(PRP-PHE),Roommate Behavior Checklist(RBC),the Chinese version of the Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire(SCSQ),and the Patient Health Questionnaire(PHQ)with the convenience sampling method.The study aimed to examine the mediating roles of roommate relationships and negative coping style between public risk perception and depression.Results The study found that college students had a risk perception score of 2.82±0.73,a dormitory relationship score of 1.79±0.52,a negative coping score of 1.24±0.55,and a depression score of 4.34±4.26.Both risk perception and dormitory relationships were significantly and positively correlated with negative coping and depression(P<0.01).Risk perception may affect depression through the chain mediation of dormitory relationships and negative coping(P<0.05),which predicts depression among college students.Conclusions There were closed associations between risk perception and depression,in which roommate relationships and negative coping style played significant mediating roles.
