目的 构建青少年营养素养评价指标体系,为评价青少年营养素养提供参考.方法 通过三轮德尔菲专家咨询构建青少年营养素养评价指标体系,并采用层次分析法赋予各级指标权重.结果 三轮专家咨询的应答率均为100.0%,提出建设性意见的专家 5 名,专家的权威系数为 0.84;三轮调查后肯德尔和谐系数为 0.244~0.509,最终形成了包括 4 项一级指标、10 项二级指标、35 项三级指标的青少年营养素养评价指标体系.结论 专家积极性高、权威系数较高,专家意见较集中、协调性较好,所形成的指标体系对青少年营养素养的评价具有一定参考价值,但仍需在实践中进一步验证完善.
Objective The evaluation index system of adolescent nutrition literacy was constructed to provide reference for evaluating adolescent nutrition literacy.Methods The evaluation index system of adolescent nutrition literacy was constructed through three rounds of Delphi expert consultation,and the weights of indexes at all levels were assigned by analytic hierarchy process method.Results The response rate of the three rounds of expert consultation was 100.0%,and 5 experts made constructive suggestions.The authority coefficient of experts was 0.84.After three rounds of investigation,Kendall's harmony coefficient ranged from 0.244 to 0.509.Finally,an evaluation index system of adolescent nutrition literacy was formed,including 4 first-level indexes,10 second-level indexes and 35 third-level indexes.Conclusions Experts had high enthusiasm,high authority coefficient,and their opinions were more concentrated and coordinated.The index system formed has certain reference value for the evaluation of adolescent nutrition literacy,but it still needs to be further verified and perfected in practice.
