叙事护理对护士主观幸福感的影响

摘要
目的 探讨叙事护理对护士主观幸福感的影响,为提高护士主观幸福感提供参考.方法 采用自身前后对照研究,192 名护士接受为期 1 个月的叙事护理培训后,在临床实践中实施叙事护理,采用主观幸福感量表调查比较培训前(以下称干预前)和实施叙事护理6 个月后(以下称干预后)护士的主观幸福感差异.结果 干预前,护士主观幸福感总分为(80.89±13.80)分;实施叙事护理 6 个月后,护士主观幸福感总分为(82.83±13.72)分,干预前后差异具有统计学意义(t=2.555,P=0.001);知识充裕体验、社会信心和家庭氛围 3 个维度得分均较干预前提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).女性、年龄<35 岁、初级职称、各种学历、有人文学习经历的护士主观幸福感得分均高于干预前,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05).结论 叙事护理可以改善护士群体自身的家庭氛围、知识充裕体验和社会信心,有助于提高其自身主观幸福感.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of narrative nursing on nurses'subjective well-being,in order to provide reference for enhancing nurses'subjective well-being.Methods A self-controlled before-and-after study was conducted,involving 192 nurses who received one month of narrative nursing training and implemented narrative nursing in clinical practice.The subjective well-being scale was used to compare the differences in nurses'subjective well-being before the intervention(referred to as pre-intervention)and 6 months after implementing narrative nursing(referred to as post-intervention).Results Before the intervention,the total score of nurses'subjective well-being was(80.89±13.80)points.Six months after implementing narrative nursing,the total score for nurses'subjective well-being increased to(82.83±13.72)points,and the difference between pre-and post-intervention was statistically significant(t=2.555,P=0.001).Scores in the dimensions of knowledge enrichment experience,social confidence,and family atmosphere all showed significant improvement compared to pre-intervention levels(P<0.05).Female nurses,those under 35 years old,with junior professional titles,various educational backgrounds,and those with humanistic learning experiences all had higher subjective well-being scores than before the intervention,with statistically significant differences(all P<0.05).Conclusions Narrative nursing can improve the nurses'own family atmosphere,knowledge enrichment experience,and social confidence,thereby contributing to enhancing their subjective well-being.
