摘要
肺癌是目前我国发病率和死亡率均居第一位的恶性肿瘤,早诊早治是提高肺癌生存率的关键.近年来,随着CT分辨率提升、人们体检意识增强,肺结节检出率明显提高,但肺癌的早期诊断率仍然较低.文章介绍基于多学科协作的肺结节全生命周期管理模式,分析其运行效果,探索能有效改善肺癌预后的肺结节管理模式.
Abstract
Lung cancer is currently the leading malignant tumor in terms of incidence and mortality rates in China.Early diagnosis and treatment are crucial for improving the survival rate of lung cancer.In recent years,with the improvement of CT resolution and increased awareness of health check-ups,the detection rate of pulmonary nodules has significantly increased.However,the early diagnosis rate of lung cancer remains suboptimal.This paper presents a multidisciplinary collaboration-based life cycle management model for pulmonary nodules,analyzes its operational efficacy,and explores a management approach that can effectively enhance the prognosis of lung cancer.
