摘要
文章概述了国外导航护士的定义及相近概念,从承担者、角色职能、工作内容、实践过程来分析国外导航护士的实践及临床效益和社会效益,探讨其对我国的启示,以期为我国导航护士的实践和护理人才培养提供借鉴.
Abstract
This paper provides an overview of the definition and related concepts of nurse navigators,analyzes the practice,clinical and social benefits of foreign nurse navigators from the perspectives of their role,functions,job content,and practice process.It also explores the implications of foreign nurse navigators for China,with the aim of providing insights for the practice of navigation nursing and the training of nursing professionals in our country.
