焦点解决模式在国内护理领域的研究现状及热点可视化分析

摘要
目的 分析焦点解决模式在护理领域的研究趋势,为国内相关研究提供参考.方法 以中国知网和维普数据库为文献来源,应用CiteSpace V(5.8.R3)绘制焦点解决模式在国内护理领域的作者、机构及关键词等图谱,分析近年来该领域的研究热点及趋势.结果 最终纳入文献 1 120 篇,焦点解决模式在国内护理领域研究发文量呈上升趋势,暂未形成规模较大的合作研究团队.该领域研究对象多为护士群体和糖尿病、呼吸系统疾病等慢性病患者,研究主要通过焦点解决模式对护士进行心理干预以及对患者进行健康教育和护理干预.结论 我国焦点解决模式在护理领域的应用尚处于初级阶段,未来各作者、机构之间应多加强合作联系,积极创新焦点解决模式,提升其在护理领域的研究和应用水平.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the research trends of the solution-focused approach in the field of nursing and to provide a reference for relevant domestic research.Methods Utilizing the China national knowledge infrastructure(CNKI)and CSTJ as literature sources.CiteSpace V(5.8.R3)was applied to construct visual maps of authors,institutions,and keywords related to the application of the solution-focused approach in the nursing field in China.This analysis aimed to identify recent research hotspots and trends in this domain.Results A total of 1 120 literatures were finally included.The publication trend of the solution-focused approach in the domestic nursing field shows an upward trend,although there is no large-scale collaborative research team formed yet.The research subjects in this field are mostly nursing staff and chronic disease patients such as diabetes and respiratory system diseases.The main applications of the solution-focused approach in these studies are psychological interventions for nurses and health education and nursing interventions for patients.Conclusions The application of solution focused approach in domestic nursing is still in its preliminary stage.In the future,authors and institutions should strengthen collaboration,actively innovate the solution focused approach,and improve the research and application level in the nursing field.
