摘要
心血管疾病作为一种需要终身治疗的慢性疾病,长期的病程和疾病本身导致的躯体功能受限,导致患者经历社会隔离的风险增高.文章对社会隔离的相关理论、心血管疾病患者社会隔离的现状、影响因素及应对措施进行综述,旨在为改善心血管疾病患者的社会隔离状况、制订相应的干预措施提供理论依据,为提高心血管疾病患者的生存环境提供新思路.
Abstract
Cardiovascular diseases,as chronic conditions requiring lifelong treatment,poses risks of prolonged illness and physical limitations,leading to an increased risk of social isolation for patients.This paper reviews the relevant theories of social isolation,the current situation of social isolation among cardiovascular disease patients,influencing factors,and coping strategies.The aim is to provide a theoretical basis for improving the social isolation conditions of cardiovascular disease patients and formulating corresponding intervention measures,as well as to offer new perspectives for enhancing the living environment of cardiovascular disease patients.
