In response to the"Healthy China 2030"planning outline and the"Notice on Launching Healthy Enterprise Development",the China Enterprise Confederation and the China Entrepreneur Association initiated the"Healthy China Enterprise Initiative".Several specialized task forces were established to promote specific work,including groups focusing on occupational health promotion,sports,and nutrition.This paper introduces the special case collection activities carried out by the action groups for the construction of healthy enterprises.These include cases of health exemplars among entrepreneurs and employees,healthy team cases,distinctive healthy enterprise cases,and outstanding organizational cases in the construction of healthy enterprises.With the mobilization of the China Enterprise Confederation,the number of distinctive cases in healthy enterprise development has increased annually,reflecting growing attention and participation from enterprises.The paper summarizes the experience of constructing healthy enterprises,including the importance of the leading role of the enterprise's leadership and the emphasis on the collaborative development of demand-side and supply-side enterprises.
