相较于传统职业卫生保护,职业健康促进更加全面与主动,推进职业健康促进行动需要政府、专家和企业三方协同发力.文章介绍职业健康促进的概念、意义和职业健康促进行动的内容,提出三条职业健康促进的行动路径:政府行动路径,主要包括研究修订有关法律法规、技术创新与推广、完善职业健康技术支撑体系;专家行动路径,主要包括对接政府、赋能企业、构建职业健康促进企业共同体;企业行动路径,主要包括落实职业健康主体责任、争创健康企业.
Abstract
Compared to traditional occupational health protection,occupational health promotion is more comprehensive and proactive.Advancing occupational health promotion actions requires the collaborative efforts of the government,experts,and enterprises.The paper introduces the concept,significance,and content of occupational health promotion actions,and proposes three action paths for occupational health promotion:government action path,which mainly includes researching and revising relevant laws and regulations,technological innovation and promotion,and improving the technical support system for occupational health;The expert action path,which mainly includes connecting with the government,empowering enterprises,and building a community of occupational health promotion enterprises;The action path of enterprises mainly includes implementing the main responsibility of occupational health and striving to create a healthy enterprise.
