摘要
健康企业建设是健康中国建设的细胞基础,是健康城市建设的具体指标之一,探索健康企业建设有效途径和模式是建设过程的重要主题.文章将问题式学习(problem based learning,PBL)教学思路应用于健康企业的创建实践中,提出基于PBL的健康企业创建模式并分析实践效果,认为该模式可以让企业管理者充分参与寻求问题解决措施的过程,转变企业管理者的健康观念、学会健康企业创建理念,起到"授之以渔"的效果,适合在健康企业创建过程中推广应用.
Abstract
The construction of healthy enterprises is the cellular foundation of Healthy China and one of the specific indicators of a healthy city.Exploring effective ways and models for the construction of healthy enterprises is an important theme in the construction process.The paper applies the problem based learning(PBL)teaching approach to the practice of creating healthy enterprises,proposes a PBL-based model for creating healthy enterprises,and analyzes its practical effects.It is believed that this model can enable enterprise managers to fully participate in the process of seeking solutions to problems,transform their health concepts,learn the concept of creating healthy enterprises,and achieve the effect of"teaching them how to fish".It is suitable for promotion and application in the process of creating healthy enterprises.
