With the integration of biological,psychological,social and environmental factors in the medical model,modern medicine pays more attention to the improvement of the overall quality of life.Environmental factors are the physical,social and attitudinal environments that constitute people's lives and guidance.The international classification of functioning,disability and health(ICF)indicates that human functioning and structure,activities,and participation are all influenced by the combined effects of environmental factors and personal factors.This paper analyzes the environmental problems and explores the influence of the surrounding environment on stroke patients,providing references and suggestions for subsequent home-based rehabilitation of patients to transition from a negative state to a positive one,thereby achieving the unity of heaven and man.
