基于DPSIRM-熵权综合指数法的健康江西评价体系构建及应用

目的 通过DPSIRM 模型构建一套评价健康江西建设成效的评价指标体系,为健康江西建设成效评价提供依据.方法 运用熵权法确定指标权重,并计算 2012-2022 年间健康江西综合指数,对健康江西建设成效进行评价.结果 选取驱动力、压力、状态、影响、响应、管理 6 个维度 14 个指标构建健康江西评价指标体系,其中熵权值最大的是"地表水水质优良比例",熵权值为 0.12;熵权值最小是"卫生健康支出占一般公共预算支出比例",熵权值为0.05.指标体系Cronbach's α系数为0.931.2012-2022 年,健康江西发展指数逐年增长,2012 年健康江西发展指数为 0.13,2022 年提升到 0.88.结论 基于DPSIRM-熵权综合指数法构建的健康江西评价体系具有较好的信度,以此测算的健康江西发展指数逐年上升,该指标体系在健康江西建设成效评价方面有较好的应用价值,能够为推动健康江西建设走向纵深提供评价依据.
Evaluation system of Healthy Jiangxi:based on DPSIRM-entropy comprehensive index method
Objective To explore the evaluation system for effectiveness of the construction of Healthy Jiangxi based on the DPSIRM model,provide a basis for evaluating the effectiveness of building a Healthy Jiangxi.Methods The entropy weighting method was used to determine the weights of the indicators,and the comprehensive indexes of Healthy Jiangxi during 2012-2022 were calculated to evaluate the effectiveness of the construction of Healthy Jiangxi.Results A total of 14 indicators in 6 dimensions,including driving force,pressure,status,impact,response and management,were selected to construct the evaluation system of Healthy Jiangxi.The results showed entropy weight of the proportion of good surface water quality"is largest,with an entropy value of 0.12,and"the proportion of expenditure on health to the expenditure of general public budget"is smallest,with an entropy value of 0.05.The Cronbach's α coefficient of the indicator system is 0.931.Furthermore,the comprehensive indexes of Healthy Jiangxi grows year by year from 2012 to 2022.The index of Healthy Jiangxi is 0.13 in 2012,and increase to 0.88 in 2022.Conclusions Evaluation system of Healthy Jiangxi based on DPSIRM-Entropy comprehensive index has good credibility.And the comprehensive index of Healthy Jiangxi measured in this way has increased year by year.Above all,this evaluation system has good application value in the evaluation of the effectiveness of the construction of Healthy Jiangxi,and can provide an evaluation basis for the promotion of the construction of Healthy Jiangxi to the depth.
