National policy is the most important determinant of the communication of a foreign language in a coun-try.This paper puts forward the"Introduction to international language communication policy",which holds that lan-guage communication policy plays a leading role in international language communication.Based on the policy-oriented function,the Chinese communication policy of various countries in the world are mainly divided into five categories:promotion,explicit consent,acquiescence,restriction and blank.The five types of policy have different impacts on Chi-nese communication,as follows:The policy of promotion drives Chinese communication rapid expansion;the policy of explicit consent provides legal protection for Chinese communication;the policy of acquiescence may have dual impacts on Chinese communication;the policy of restriction hinders Chinese communication;the policy of blank limits the scope of Chinese communication.In order to promote the rapid introduction of Chinese into the world,Our country should ac-curately connect with the relevant policy of other countries in the world,and make classified countermeasures:Make full use of the policy advantages of vigorously promoting,promote the implementation of explicit permission policy,strive for the transformation of acquiesce policy into explicit permission policy,prevent and eliminate the risks of countries in-troducing restrictive policy,and enhance exchanges with countries with no Chinese communication policy and make breakthroughs.
