Since the system of inner-party regulations was incorporated into the system of socialist"rule of law"with Chinese characteristics,the theoretical study of inner-party regulations has become an academic hotspot,attracting the attention of scholars from the fields of law,politics,CPC history and Party construction,discipline inspection and supervision.The theory of inner-party regulations has not formed an independent knowledge system,which leads to the serious lag behind the practice of Inner-party regulations system.The inner-party regulations of the CPC have unique system logic and distinct attributes of ideology,"rule by law"and party institution,which is the premise of constructing the ontology theory of inner-party regulations.To construct the theory of inner-party regulations with independent knowledge system,it is necessary to lay the theoretical research foundation on the ontology of inner-party regulation;to highlight the orientation of system function with the axiology;to clarify the rules of institutional change with the history theory;to describe the dynamic practice of the institution with the theory of operation.
