Marx's Paradigm for Writing World History Based on the"Universal Form of Civilization"
The Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee proposed to create a good external envi-ronment for comprehensively deepening reform and promoting Chinese path to modernization."Building the modern civ-ilization of the Chinese nation"and leading the"new form of human civilization"is the world historical proposition of comprehensively deepening reform and promoting Chinese path to modernization. In his world history theory,Marx crea-ted a world history writing paradigm based on the"universal civilization form".This world history writing paradigm has laid the theoretical foundation of world history for creating a new form of human civilization in the contemporary era,and thus for comprehensively deepening reform and promoting Chinese path to modernization to create a good external environment. In Marx's view, world history is the process of the replacement of human civilization forms, that is,the transition from the"special civilization form"of class society to the"universal civilization form"of classless society. The capitalist civilization form,as the last"special civilization form"in world history, has pushed the contradictions a-mong various ethnic groups to the extreme, leading to a world pattern of"the East being subordinate to the West".Only communism is the true establishment of the"universal form of civilization".
