Four-Dimensional Embedded:The Internal Logic and Optimization Path of Refined Governance in Urban Communities
Community is the basic unit of grassroots autonomy,and fine governance is the key path to improve the urban community governance system.Based on the embedded governance theory,an embedded internal logic analysis framework of fine governance in urban communities is proposed,and the practical discussion is conducted with the dif-ferentiated governance modes of three communities as the research object.The study finds that fine governance enables urban communities to empower elements in cultural space,power and responsibility space,resource space and technolo-gy space through embedded cultural remodeling,embedded power and responsibility game,embedded resource allocation and embedded technology regulation.From the dimensions of cultural guidance,subject collaboration,resource integra-tion and technology empowerment,it is necessary to highlight the people-oriented cultural construction carrier,construct a multi-party governance structure of unified power and responsibility,coordinate multi-source linkage resource sinking guarantee,and strengthen targeted technology support for accurate security,continuously improve and optimize the com-munity governance system,and provide fine governance solutions for solving the problem of urban governance"the last kilometer".
