The"micro-actual-affairs of people's livelihood",as one kind of object entity shaped in the process in which active efforts were made to solve the most pressing difficulties of people's high concern,were becoming more ex-plicit than not and stepping into the center of the domain of community governance.And its general theoretically schema could be discovered after five defining steps,including dimensions,targets,situational characteristics,practical features and channels,from the narrow comprehension to it as some specific projects.Such a schema pointed towards the core di-mension of community governance from four perspectives:organizing,structuration,gridding and localization.Never-theless little promotions for people's livelihood could be made due to practical dilemmas in terms of the form,the frame-work and the power/obligation issues in the governance.Accordingly,the focus of community governance,with the premise that taking the"micro-actual-affairs of people's livelihood"as the core object highlighted,should be affirmed in a scientific way tying a structural improvement,as well as the power separated by functions in the operation of clearing boundary of action,to ensure public services of accurate,whole-process and high-quality getting provided.
