人才是一个民族得以延续发展的重要条件,培养什么样的人、如何培养人以及为谁培养人是教育的根本问题.在不断推进高质量人才培养的过程中,习近平总书记提出了"大思政课我们要善用之"的思想,为时代新人的培育提供了根本遵循和路径启示.善用"大思政课",建设好是基础,用好是关键."大思政课"与时代新人的培育具有内在耦合性,聚焦立德树人根本任务,以"大思政课"为基点,多角度、多渠道、全方位培育国家需要的时代新人意义重大.
Abstract
Talent is an important condition for the sustainable development of a nation.The fundamental issue of education is what kind of people to cultivate,how to cultivate them,and for whom to cultivate them.In the process of advancing the cultivation of high quality talents,General Secretary Xi Jinping's thoughts to make good use of the"Great Ideological and Political Course"provides a fundamental guide and path.To make good use of courses,building it well is the foundation,and making good use of it is the key.The"Great Ideological and Political Course"has an inherent coupling with the cultivation of new talents of the times.Focusing on the fundamental task of cultivating virtue and talents,taking the"Great Ideological and Political Course"as the starting point,it is of great significance to cultivate new talents of the times that the country needs from multiple perspectives,channels,and all aspects.
