摘要
"三全育人"视域下,大学生高质量就业迎来良好机遇,如国家在战略层面上的宏观指导、政府在政策方向上的大力支持、高校在育人体系上的不断完善和大学生在综合能力上的自我提升等,但同时存在市场人才需求有限、高校统筹规划不足、专业师资力量薄弱、大学生综合能力不强等问题.应从政府合理调控,稳定就业市场、高校宏观统筹,搭建就业平台、充实师资力量,实施精准指导、加强自我提升,提高就业能力等方面入手展开路径思考.
Abstract
From the perspective of"three-all education",some good opportunities for college students'high-quality job placement has come up,such as the macro guidance of the state at the strategic level,the strong support of the government in the policy direction,the continuous improvement of the education system in universities,and the self-improvement of college students'comprehensive ability,etc.However,at the same time,there are some problems such as limited market demands over talents,insufficient overall planning of universities,weak professional teachers and low comprehensive ability of college students.To solve these problems efforts should be made starting with the following aspects:reasonable government regulation,stable employment market,macro-planning of colleges and universities,building employment platform,enriching teachers,implementing precise guidance,strengthening self-improvement and improving employability.
