吉林省全面振兴背景下职业教育优化路径研究
Research on the Optimization Path of Vocational Education under the Background of Comprehensive Revitalization of Jilin Province

摘要
近年来国家出台了针对职业教育的改革方案,吉林省政府也及时出台了相关方案,特别是在吉林全面振兴的背景下,吉林省的职业教育已取得了一定成绩,对吉林省的发展起到了举足轻重的作用.本次研究通过对吉林省职业教育专业设置、办学特色、校企合作、人才培养模式、政府支持等 10 个维度进行问卷调查,发现目前吉林省的职业教育在推动地区经济发展方面存在部分学校对职业教育的重要性认识不足、校企合作及产教融合深化程度不够、促进学生本省就业措施效果不明显这三个方面主要问题.基于此调查结果,提出了吉林省职业教育的优化策略.
Abstract
In recent years,China has issued a reform plan for vocational education,and Jilin provincial government has also issued relevant plans in time,especially in the context of Jilin's comprehensive revitalization.Vocational education in Jilin Province has made certain achievements and played a decisive role in the development of Jilin Province.This study conducted a questionnaire survey on 10 dimensions of vocational education in Jilin Province,such as specialty setting,school-running characteristics,school-enterprise cooperation,talent training mode and government support.It was found that there are three main problems in promoting regional economic development in vocational education in Jilin Province:some schools don't know enough about the importance of vocational education,school-enterprise cooperation and integration of production and education are not deep enough,and the effect of measures to promote students'employment in Jilin Province is not obvious.Based on the survey results,this paper puts forward the optimization strategy of vocational education in Jilin Province.
