高校食品质量与安全专业教学改革的动因与路径

摘要
高校食品质量与安全专业教学不仅要传授学生专业知识和技能、国内国际食品安全标准和法规,更要培养学生的实践能力和创新精神.但目前,食品质量与安全专业的课程目标设定比较狭窄,课程设置较为单一,人才培养方案缺乏特色与创新,课程评价无法评估学生的职业能力,导致培养的人才难以满足社会用人要求.基于此,需要重新定位专业培养目标,优化课程体系,调整人才培养方案,改革课程评价制度.
Abstract
The teaching of food quality and safety in universities not only aims to impart professional knowledge and skills to students,as well as domestic and international food safety standards and regulations,but also to cultivate their practical abilities and innovative spirit.However,currently,the curriculum objectives for the Food Quality and Safety major are relatively narrow,with an oversimplified curriculum design.The talent cultivating program lacks characteristics and innovation,and the curriculum evaluation cannot evaluate the professional abilities of students,resulting in the difficulty of cultivating talents that meet the requirements of social employment.Based on this,it is necessary to reposition the professional training objectives,optimize the curriculum system,adjust the talent cultivation plan,and reform the curriculum evaluation system.
