摘要
新时代高校少数民族学生思想政治教育是民族团结教育的重要组成部分,是维护国家统一和铸牢中华民族共同体意识的迫切需求.本文从国家层面、社会需要和少数民族大学生自身特点出发,对少数民族大学生的特点进行了较为系统的论述,并以思想政治教育为主线,通过强化理想信念教育、加强教师队伍建设、推进高校校园文化建设、建立并依托网络平台等四个维度,探索少数民族学生思想政治教育工作机制创新的路径,努力提升少数民族学生思想政治教育的科学性与实效性.
Abstract
The ideological and political education for minority students in universities in the new era is an important part of national unity education,and it is an urgent need to safeguard national unity and cast a solid sense of the Chinese nation community.Starting from the national level,social needs and the characteristics of ethnic minority college students,this paper systematically discusses the characteristics of ethnic minority college students,and takes ideological and political education as the main line,and explores the path of innovation in the working mechanism of ideological and political education for ethnic minority students by strengthening the education of ideals and beliefs,strengthening the construction of teachers,promoting the construction of campus culture in colleges and universities,and establishing and relying on the network platform,so as to improve the scientificity and effectiveness of ideological and political education for ethnic minority students.
