摘要
随着高等教育由精英教育到普通教育的转变,少数民族大学生在求职过程中产生的心态变化,对其求职成功与否有着举足轻重的影响.少数民族大学生的就业情况不仅关系其自身的未来和发展,也关乎着各民族自治区的政治安定、民族团结、民族进步等重要问题.在当今构建和谐社会的历史大背景下,重视和支持少数民族大学生就业,深刻认识少数民族大学生群体就业的特殊性和复杂性,做好就业心理指导与搭建优质就业平台意义重大.
Abstract
With the transformation of higher education from elite education to mass education,the psychological changes of minority college students in the process of job hunting have a decisive impact on their job hunting success.The employment situation of minority college students is not only related to their own future and development,but also related to important issues such as political stability,national unity and national progress in ethnic minority autonomous regions.Under the historical background of building a harmonious society,it is of great significance to attach importance to and support the employment of ethnic minority college students,deeply understand the particularity and complexity,offer psychological guidance and build a high-quality employment platform.
