摘要
"双师型"教师是职业教育培养高技能型人才的关键因素之一,从吉林省中等职业学校"双师型"教师的学历、年龄、来源、职称等方面进行研究,发现存在"双师型"认定标准不清晰、"双师型"教师实践经验不足、评价机制不健全、校企合作不深入等问题.基于此,本文从政府、社会、学校、教师个人四个层面对提升中职学校"双师型"师资队伍整体素质提出对策.
Abstract
"Double-qualified"teachers are one of the key factors in training high-skilled talents in vocational education.This paper studies the qualifications,ages,sources and academic titles of"double-qualified"teachers in secondary vocational schools in Jilin Province,and finds that there are some problems,such as unclear identification standards,insufficient practical experience of"double-qualified"teachers,imperfect evaluation mechanism,and insufficient cooperation between schools and enterprises.Based on this,this paper puts forward countermeasures to improve the overall quality of"double-qualified"teachers in secondary vocational schools from four aspects:government,society,schools and teachers.
