摘要
校企合作是应用型高等院校和企业联合培养创新型人才的重要途径,存在校企双方理念认识不契合、合作机制不健全、合作平台管理不规范等问题.校企双方应秉承协同一致的育人理念,通过建立会晤沟通机制、培育方向调整机制,完善激励机制,规范校企合作平台管理,促进人才培养与企业用人需求相结合.
Abstract
School-enterprise cooperation is an important way for application-oriented universities and enterprises to jointly cultivate innovative talents.There are some problems,such as the incompatibility of ideas between schools and enterprises,the imperfect cooperation mechanism and the irregular management of cooperation platforms in the process.In this situation,both universities and enterprises should adhere to the concept of coordinated education,establish meeting and communication mechanism,cultivate direction adjustment mechanism,improve incentive mechanism,standardize the management of school-enterprise cooperation platform,and promote the combination of talent training and enterprise talent needs.
