摘要

本文基于扎根理论的研究方法,对收集整理的研究文献和访谈记录进行编码分析,并依据编码结果构建人才培养应然逻辑模型.研究表明,新文科语境下应用型电子商务(电商)本科人才培养应从培养理念、培养目标、培养模式、培养特色四个维度展开,培养理念遵循培根铸魂的价值逻辑,培养目标遵循堪当素质的发展逻辑,培养模式遵循多元融合的创新逻辑,培养特色遵循契合需求的时代逻辑.研究结论对后续的人才培养实践提供了一定的理论支撑.

Abstract

Based on the grounded theory research method,this paper conducts coding analysis of the collected research literature and interview records,and constructs a logical necessity star model for talent cultivation based on the coding results.Research has shown that in the context of the new liberal arts,the cultivation of applied e-commerce undergraduate talents should be carried out from four dimensions:cultivation philosophy,cultivation objectives,cultivation models,and cultivation characteristics.The cultivation philosophy follows the value logic of nurturing the root and soul of the nation,the cultivation objectives follow the development logic of worthy qualities,the cultivation models follow the innovative logic of diversified integration,and the cultivation characteristics follow the logic of the times that meets the needs.The research conclusion provides certain theoretical support for the subsequent practice of talent cultivation.
