In order to understand the current situation,hot spots and frontiers of the research field of teaching secretaries in our country's colleges and universities.Based on the academic papers in the field of research on teaching secretaries from 2014 to 2023 collected in CNKI database,the distribution of publications and the frequency of citations were analyzed,by using CiteSpace software to draw knowledge map,the co-occurrence of core authors,authors and institutions,the co-occurrence and clustering of key words,and the detection of emergent words are analyzed,the results show that in the past 10 years,the annual output of research papers of teaching secretaries in our country has shown a trend from stable fluctuation to decline.The core authors are relatively weak,and the core research institutions are mainly concentrated in the Northeast region,there was less collaboration between the research teams.The hot spots in the research field can be divided into 4 major research topics:teaching secretary work(teaching management),teaching secretary team building,teaching secretary self-building and teaching secretary work countermeasure.Higher education institutions and work efficiency are the front hot spots in the research of teaching secretaries in our country,and they are expected to become the core research topic in the future.
