摘要
在全球化浪潮下,国际传播环境的新格局与新焦点对我国国际传播人才培养提出了新要求.这一变革促使新型国际传播人才培养在知识、经验与价值三大维度上进行深刻调整与升级.新型国际新闻传播人才需着力提升数据素养和技术运用能力、专业素养和求真务实能力、人文素养和跨文化传播能力.在马克思主义新闻观的指导下,我国亟须探索并构建新型国际传播人才培养的路径,这涵盖了培养复合型数字技能、促进产学研协同合作、提升跨文化共情能力三个方面,培养能精准传播、深度理解并尊重多元文化的新型国际传播人才,以创新性手段向世界展示真实、立体、全面的中国,讲好中国故事,传播中国声音.
Abstract
Under the wave of globalization,the new pattern and focus of the international communi-cation environment have put forward new requirements for the cultivation of international communica-tion talents in China.This transformation has prompted profound adjustments and upgrade in the cul-tivation of new international communication talents in three dimensions:knowledge,experience,and value.The new type of international news and communication talents need to focus on cultivating and improving their data literacy and technological application ability,professional literacy and pragmatic ability,humanistic literacy and cross-cultural communication ability.Under the solid guidance of Marxist views on journalism,China urgently needs to explore and construct a new path for cultivating new international communication talents.This covers three aspects:cultivating composite digital skills,promoting collaborative cooperation between prodution,study,and research,and enhancing cross-cultural empathy.It aims to cultivate new international communication talents who can accu-rately communicate,deeply understand,and respect multiculturalism,to showcase the real,three-dimensional,and comprehensive China to the world through innovative means,to tell the story of China well,and to spread the voice of China.
