The psychological contract between students and enterprises during the internship largely determines the retention rate of students in the internship enterprises in the future,and also has far-reaching significance in promoting students to learn practical skills and orienting their future career.The study examined the psychological contracts of 518 students from public vocational colleges dur-ing their internships from both individual and corporate perspectives.The results showed that there were significant differences in the psychological contracts during internships based on demographic factors such as gender,being an only child or not,and the place of birth.There was also a signifi-cant difference in enterprise factors such as the nature of the internship company and the source of work obtained by the internship enterprise.Carrying out the work related to internship in advance and changing the cognition of students about the internship are conducive to increasing the satisfac-tion rate of internships,deepening the cooperation between schools and enterprises,and realizing the integration of production and education.
