Based on the background of Industry-University-Research in the new era,talent develop-ment of higher education is facing new challenges.Modern industrial colleges are the products of the comprehensive reform of higher education in applied undergraduate institutions,and effective carri-ers for developing high-quality and innovative talents.This thesis concludes the development process and construction achievements of the Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial College of Jilin Engineering Normal University,and introduces the creation of the training models of industrial colleges.The framework design of diversified collaborative education models,the curriculum system building of professional-oriented and project teaching,the construction of dual teacher,collaborative innovation and education mechanisms were discussed.It can provide reference for the education models of indus-trial colleges in local undergraduate universities.
