摘要

推进师范类专业认证是全面提高师范类专业人才培养质量的重要举措.本文立足于区域经济社会发展需要,结合师范类专业认证的时代背景及核心素养的内涵要求,坚持旅游管理专业师范教育契合市场、培养德技兼备人才的改革与创新思路,从课程教学与思想政治教育融合、专业教学与师范教学融合、"校—企—校"多主体融合、传统与现代教学方法融合等多元融合的视角提出具有可操作性和实际应用价值的旅游管理专业师范生核心素养培育路径,以期提高旅游管理专业师范教育的科学性与有效性,提升学生的核心素养和职业发展能力.

Abstract

Promoting normal professional certification is an important measure to comprehensively im-prove the quality of normal professionals.Based on the needs of regional economic and social devel-opment,and combined with the historical background of normal professional certification and the re-quirements of core literacy,this article adheres to the reform and innovation ideas of tourism man-agement normal education in line with the market and cultivating talents with both ethics and skills.From multiple perspectives,such as the integration of curriculum teaching and ideological and politi-cal education,the integration of professional teaching and normal teaching,the integration of"col-lege-enterprise-college",the integration of traditional and modern teaching methods,etc.,this arti-cle proposes the core literacy cultivation path for tourism management normal students with operabili-ty and practical application value.It is expected that the scientificity and effectiveness of tourism management normal education and students'core literacy and career development abilities will be improved in the future.
