"College-enterprise cooperation",as a hot issue in higher education at present,is not only a key way for the transformation of application-oriented colleges,but also one of the important measures for undergraduate universities to improve their R&D and innovation capabilities.Taking 9 demonstration applied application-oriented colleges in Fujian Province as examples,based on the patent data of college-enterprise cooperation from 2006 to 2023,this paper discusses the current sit-uation and existing problems of college-enterprise cooperation in application-oriented colleges in Fu-jian Province.On this basis,we put forward some countermeasures and suggestions of strengthening the role of administrative promotion and coordinating the development of college-enterprise coopera-tion,broadening the channels of college-enterprise cooperation and establishing a long-term coopera-tion mechanism,optimizing the construction of disciplinary system and achieving high-quality patent layout,improving R&D innovation ability and strengthening intellectual property management.
