摘要
本文基于情感劳动、身份建构等理论,采用质性研究方法,遵循目的性抽样原则,对东北地区一所民办高校的四名教师进行半结构化访谈.研究发现,四名教师的情感劳动与身份建构路径各具特点,重要他人对教师的个体身份、专业身份存在显著影响,情感劳动中的深层扮演策略有利于教师积极的身份建构,组织文化是教师身份建构的主要影响因素.研究提出,民办高校教师身份建构的策略是:建立有效激励制度,促进教师情感归属;提供学习发展空间,激发教师工作热情;塑造良好人文环境,发挥示范引领作用.
Abstract
Based on the theories of emotional labor and identity construction,this paper adopts quali-tative research methods and follows the principle of purposeful sampling to conduct semi-structured interviews with four teachers in a private university in Northeast China.It is found that the emotional labor and identity construction paths of the four teachers have their own characteristics.Important people have a significant influence on teachers'individual identity and professional identity.The deep-seated play strategy in emotional labor is conducive to teachers'positive identity construction,and organizational culture is the main influencing factor for teachers'identity construction.The re-search puts forward that the strategy to improve the status of teachers in private colleges and universi-ties is to establish an effective incentive system to promote teachers'emotional closeness;provide learning and development space to stimulate teachers'enthusiasm for work;create a good humanistic environment to make teachers play a leading role in demonstration.
