This paper is based on three theories:educational community,group motivation and self-organization,exploring the theoretical basis of teaching innovation team community for vocational ed-ucation teachers,and clarify the theoretical logic of the construction from the four aspects:manage-ment mechanism,operation mechanism,guarantee mechanism and transformation mechanism.For the professional field community of automobile application and maintenance(including new energy vehicles),this paper discusses the key elements and methods of building a team community from the aspects including mechanism construction,project research,network integration,school-enterprise cooperation and five-in-one teaching reform,which promotes efficient team community through four mechanisms.It is expected to provide systematic solutions and practice cases for team building,com-munity cooperation,teaching innovation and education quality improvement in the field of vocational education.
