基于红外在线检测渣液表面与炉内铁水温差,用该温差表征渣液中金属氧化物含量,依据炉渣和铁水温差量化区间来预报喷溅强度,进而依据喷溅强度调节顶枪枪位、压喷剂及高压力氩(氮)/氧混合气的氩(氮)/氧气流量及混合比,来调节碳一氧反应速度和渣中金属氧化物含量,达到防止外喷的目的。
Based on the molten iron furnace ins plashing intensity is infrared sens ide. is detecte forecasted or, temperature difference between the of liquid slag surface and d to characterize the metal oxide content in the liquid-slag. The according to the interval of the temperature difference, correspondingly, the top-gun position, pressure splashing dose and proportion, argon-oxygen mixture flowing rate, carbon-oxygen reaction speed and metal oxide content in the slag are adjusted to prevent the splashing.
