Optimal harvesting strategies for timber and non-timber forest products affected by beetles
Based on the development status of timber and non-timber products in forest,an ecological mathematical model was established considering the interaction between beetles and timber in the forest.Firstly, the dynamic behavior of the model is analyzed, and the existence and stability conditions of the equilibrium point are analyzed by using the qualitative theory of ordinary differential equation.Secondly, the optimal harvest problem under this model is studied,we selected the harvest effort and the artificial elimination rate of beetles as the optimal control variables, and then the expression of the optimal solution is obtained. Finally, combined with numerical simulation, the optimal harvest strategy with practical significance is given, which provides a certain theoretical basis for the sustainable development of forestry ecological economy.
