高速变轨距转向架结构优化及动力学性能分析与预测

提出一种基于小波理论改进三角级数法的轨道不平顺模拟方法,结合建立的7刚体42自由度车辆动力学模型和轮轨接触模型,基于SIMPACK搭建变轨距列车的动力学仿真模型,采用参数试验法对悬挂参数与车轮踏面进行优化设计,对经结构优化的变轨距转向架进行车辆动力学性能预测,车辆的临界速度远高于400 km/h的设计要求,平稳性指标达到标准规定的二级车辆平稳性水平,曲线通过性评价指标均低于安全限值,所开发的变轨距转向架列车具有良好的动力学性能.
Structural optimization and dynamic characteristics of high-speed variable gauge bogie
A track irregularity simulation method based on improved triangular series method based on wavelet theory was proposed.Combined with the established 7-rigid-body 42 degrees of freedom vehicle dynamics model and wheel-rail contact model,a dynamic simulation model of variable gauge train was built based on SIMPACK.The suspension parameters and wheel tread were optimized by parameter experiment,and the dynamic performance of the modified gauge bogie was predicted,the critical speed of the vehicle is far higher than the design requirements of 400 km/h,stationarity index reach the standard of secondary vehicle stability level,curve through sexual evaluation indexes is lower than the safety limit,developed by variable gauge bogie train has good dynamic performance.
