H型翅片椭圆管壁面磨损特性的数值模拟

为确定H型翅片椭圆管的修复周期,本文使用离散相模型(DPM)对烟气冲蚀H型翅片椭圆管进行三维数值模拟,得到壁面的磨损特性,并研究了长短轴之比、翅片厚度、翅片节距对主管壁面及翅片壁面的磨损规律.结果表明:主管壁面和翅片磨损率都随着长短轴之比和翅片节距的增加而不断下降,翅片壁面的磨损率随着翅片厚度的增加而不断上升.通过改变翅片间距,能使基管壁面磨损率下降 46%;通过改变翅片厚度,能将翅片壁面磨损率增大212%.
Numerical simulation of erosion characteristics of H-type finned elliptical tubes
To determine the repair cycle of H-shaped finned elliptical tubes,a discrete phase model DPM was used to conduct three-dimensional numerical simulation of smoke erosion of H-shaped finned elliptical tubes and obtain the wear characteristics of the wall.And the wear law of the main pipe wall and the fin wall surface due to the ratio of long to short axis,fin thickness,and fin pitch was studied.The results show that the wear rate of the main pipe wall and fins increases with the ratio of the long and short axes,and the fin pitch increases,showing a continuous decreasing trend in wear rate.As the thickness of the fins increases,the wear rate of the fin wall surface continuously increases.By changing the fin spacing,the wear rate of the base tube wall can be reduced by 46%.By changing the thickness of the fins,the wear rate of the fin wall can be increased by 212%.
