Research on the Government Functions in the Development of Higher Vocational Education of Sports
Investigations on the government function in the higher vocational education of sports reveal the problem of the governments' almighty roles which characterized by overuse or absence of administration,low degree of legislation and imperfection of monitoring system in the management. Therefore, the role of the government in management should be relocated scientifically,transform from the authority to the servant. The government is supposed to provide the necessary fund for the vocational colleges,to guarantee their autonomy in education and to perfect the legislation and monitoring system so as to promote the development of higher education.
