摘要

针对吗啉脱氨精馏过程塔顶压力控制问题,基于西门子S7-300 PLC,设计了塔顶压力选择控制系统,正常工作时通过冷凝水流量控制塔顶压力,当回流罐内不凝气累积过多导致冷凝液的压力调节功能失效时,切换到放空控制回路排出不凝气,继而恢复冷凝液对压力的调节能力.经离线仿真测试,投入自动控制后,控制程序能够较好地满足预定的控制要求并按照限定的参数条件进行控制器切换,对现场实际工程改造具有良好的参考意义.

Abstract

In order to control the top pressure of ammonia removal tower in the morpholine process,a control system for selecting the top pressure was designed based on Siemens S7-300 PLC.The top pressure was controlled by condensate flow rate in normal operation.When too much non-condensing gas accumulates in the reflux tank,leading to the pressure regulating function of the condensate fails,the non-condensing gas was discharged through the venting control loop,and then the pressure regulating ability of the condensate was restored.The off-line simulation test showed that after putting in automatic control,the control program can satisfy the predetermined control requirements and switch the controller according to the limited parameter conditions.It has a good reference significance for the actual engineering transformation on the spot.
