摘要
轨道交通的内燃机车主要担负着车辆段内调车作业、线上维修、线上紧急救援、线路和接触网检测等工作.内燃机车是保证轨道交通安全运营不可或缺的设备,内燃机车在地铁隧道内运行时会产生大量尾气,无法从隧道排出,对隧道内的空气造成了很大的污染,非常不利于维系工人的线上作业.基于以上原因,设计了在内燃机车上使用的尾气水洗塔,其在实际运行过程中取得了较好的效果.
Abstract
The internal combustion engine of rail transit is mainly responsible for shunting operations in the depot,online maintenance,online emergency rescue,line and contact network detection,and other work.Internal combustion engines are indispensable equipment to ensure the safe operation of rail transit.When operating in subway tunnels,internal combustion engines produce a large amount of exhaust gas that cannot be discharged from the tunnel,causing great pollution to the air inside the tunnel,which is very unfavorable for maintaining workers'online operations.Based on the above reasons,a tail gas water washing tower had been designed for use on diesel locomotives,and good results had been achieved in actual operation.
