教育信息化视域下应用型高校新工科教师能力标准体系研究

新工科教师能力标准体系构建的理论基础是结构性教师能力理论和综合评价理论。新工科教师能力标准体系构建要遵循与时俱进、持续改进和规范严谨、系统全面的原则。研究运用文献检索法在研究工科教师能力评价的文献基础上,总结出评价指标要素,构建了高校新工科教师能力指标体系。新工科教师能力标准体系实施建议要严格资格认证测试,强化对教师信息素养的培训,制定政策推动教师能力成长,强化校企联合培训。
Research on the New Engineering Teachers'Ability Standard System in the Application-oriented Colleges from the Perspective of Educational Informatization
The theoretical basis of the new engineering teachers'ability standard system is the theory of teacher'hierarchical structure of ability and comprehensive evaluation.The construction of the new engineering teachers'ability standard system should follow the principles of keeping pace with the times,continuous improvement,being standard and precise,systemic and comprehensive.On the basis of studying the literature about the evaluation of new engineering teachers'ability,the evaluation index elements are summarized,and the ability index system of new engineering teachers is constructed.In the process of implementing the new engineering teachers'ability standard system,the strict qualification testing,as well as strengthening of the training of teachers'information literacy,formulating policies to promote the growth of teachers'ability,and strengthening school-enterprise joint training is suggested to be conducted.
