应用型本科高校创新创业教育与人才培养体系融合发展路径探究

摘要
应用型本科高校是服务区域经济转型升级的重要支柱,应用型本科高校的人才培养定位必然是基于地方济发展需求,结合学校自身发展优势,培养具有创新精神、创业能力、职业素养和实践能力的高级应用型人才.因此,通过调研分析地方经济政策,积极对接地方创新链与人才链,探索应用型本科高校创新创业教育与人才培养融合发展路径是实现学校人才培养目标、内涵发展,全面提高人才培养质量的重要手段.
Abstract
As the important pillar serving regional economic transformation and upgrading,the application-oriented undergraduate colleges and universities,whose orientation of talent cultivation must be based on the development needs of local economy,are supposed to combine with the advantages of the universities'own development,to train advanced application-oriented talents with innovative spirit,entrepreneurial ability,professional ethics and practical skills.Therefore,through the investigation and analysis of local economic policies,actively connecting with the local innovation chain and talent chain,exploring the integration and development path of innovation and entrepreneurship education and talent cultivation in applied undergraduate universities is an important means to achieve the goal and connotation development of school talents'cultivation and improve the quality of talent cultivation.
