The comprehensive quality of college students is one of the important indicators of evaluating the quality of talent cultivation in universities.The connotation of comprehensive quality has changed with the times,and,a comprehensive quality evaluation index system for college students has been constructed based on the needs of modern society and talent cultivation goals.The weights of indicators at all levels have been calculated by Analytic Hierarchy Process and expert scoring,the comprehensive evaluation index system is scientific,practical,and operable for college students.This evaluation index system can evaluate the comprehensive quality of college students and helps to know the quality of talent cultivation.Based on the evaluation results,some suggestions were proposed with the aim of improving the effectiveness of the comprehensive quality evaluation of college students.
