The Concept and Strategy of Adaptive Development for Teachers in "Non-Double High" Vocational Colleges
Based on the analysis of the development dilemmas of"non-double high"vocational colleges,this paper,from the perspectives of differentiated and characteristic development,proposed that the adaptive development of teachers in"non-double high"vocational colleges must adhere to the development concept of unity of"compliance"and"self-action",and unity of"pertinence","dynamics"and"advancement",as well as the strategies of the ability development of a"three-dimensional"structure construction,and the development of curriculum and teaching for vocational teachers.
